The 61st Independence Day was celebrated with all grandeur and joy over the country and so was the (Second) Independence Day celebrations at SNSCE. The talkative SAJJAD KHAN.H (EEE) was rightly the MoC for the function. The function started with the assembly of students and prayer. After the prayer, Mr.Vignesh.M of II-CSE welcomed the gathering and it was followed by flag hosting by our Administrative Officer Prof.R.Natarajan. The Independence Day Parade Committee headed by SURENDAR.U (II - ECE) (comprising of students from all the Departments) then marched past bestowing honour of the day to our Administrative Officer. Our Administrative Officer gave a Independence Day address. The students performed a very beautiful and grand cultural event demonstrating the importance of our national flag. Our Physical Director Mr.E.Balaji giving the vote of thanks and the function ended with the National Anthem.
