We are proud to announce that SNSCE conducted one week ‘Value added courses’ for the benefit of III BE / B.Tech students from 20th July 2009 to 24th July 2009. Following is the brief report.
Training in Aptitude skills (Session 1):
The training in aptitude skills development was conducted by Mr.Murali, Mr.Mariappan, Ms.Angel, & Mr.Shiva kumar of “Innovative Academy for Manpower Excellence” (IAME), Chennai. The sessions helped our students to acquire knowledge and as well as to understand their inherent capacity to achieve at a certain level. The training removed fear phobia of the students in attending the competency tests.Soft Skills training (Session 2):
The Soft skills training were given by Ms.Dhanalakshmi, Mr.Vijay anand, Mr.Venkata Raghulan, Mr.Rajesh Kumar, Ms.Suganya & Mr.Vimal Kumar of “FACE Academy”, Coimbatore. The sessions helped the students to shape their Emotional Intelligence Quotient which plays an important role in placement. It complemented their technical skills.
Technical skills development 
(Session 3):
The technical skills development sessions were handled by the “Precision Informatics”, Coimbatore. The CSE & IT students were trained on ‘LINUX Installation’ at labs. The ECE students attended classes on the topic ‘VLSI’ and the EEE students were trained in ‘Embedded systems’.
